How I Learned My Numbers

Children learn things in a strange fashion ... there's a total lack of understanding on the part of really young children as to how to quantify and count until a specific point in their brain's development and it takes direct faith and memorization on the part of the child to actually grasp the idea of counting. The way we teach numbers to children actually borders on complete trickery because children naturally think of numbers logarithmically. Because of this "trickery" that we impose on children who are learning this way, pretty much all kids tend to come up with their own personalities and engender numbers. This is the inspiration for "How I Learned My Numbers".
